Linking of all window production
processes, from the timber warehouse to
single-piece impregnation

Loading portal
Removal of scantlings from different wood pallets
via a newly developed loading portal. The scantlings are placed in front of a crosscut saw on a
roller track and then optimally cut to length.
Automatic glazing bead processing station
after the Powermat 1200
Ready-profiled glazing beads are automatically
removed from the Powermat via a robot system
and fed to a double-miter saw. The saws cut the
glazing beads to miter and precise lengths. The
robot system then places the beads individually
into flat wagons.

Automatic tool cleaning station
The Conturex has internal tool magazines and a
large external tool magazine. For the first time, an
automatic tool cleaning station has been integrated that automatically removes the tools from the
magazine at night, cleans, preserves and dries
them and returns them to the their position in the
magazine.
