UN CAMINO QUE TODOS DEBEMOS RECORRER
A Journey We Should All Embrace
Queridos hermanos, Noviembre es un mes cargado de
muchas celebraciones y acontecimientos eclesiales de
gran importancia, como por ejemplo la solemnidad de
Todos Los Santos, la Conmemoracion de los fieles
difuntos, la fiesta de Jesucristo Rey del Universo y el
comienzo de un nuevo año liturgico. Vivamos y
celebremos estos acontecimientos con fe, gozo y una ardiente esperanza que Dios esta en medio de nosotros, amandonos y fortaleciendonos
en nuestro camino a la plenitud de su reino.
Dear sisters and brothers, November is a month that is
filled with many celebrations and church events of great
importance, for example: The Solemnity of All Saints,
The Commemoration of the Faithful Departed, The
Feast of Jesus Christ King of the Universe, and the
beginning of a new liturgical year. Let us live and celebrate these events with faith, joy and ardent hope that God is in our
midst, loving us and strengthening us on our journey towards the fullness of his kingdom.
En este mes celebramos la solemnidad de todos los santos una oportunidad para que elevemos nuestra accion de gracias al Padre por tantos
Santos y Santas anonimos quienes aun cuando no han sido reconocidos
oficialmente por la Iglesia, han hacho de su vida ferment de un cielo
nuevo y de una tierra nueva ( Apoc. 21, 1) Todos ellos laicos,
sacerdotes y religiosos, han comprendido que su vida Cristiana esta
dada para transformer el mundo desde las cosas ordinarias y que es
desde nuestro propio estilo de vida donde el Señor nos llama a dar
testimonio de su amor.
In this month we celebrate the Solemnity of all Saints, an opportunity
for us to raise our prayer of thanksgiving to God the Father for all the
anonymous saints in our lives, who even though they have not been
recognized officially by the Church, they have made of their lives the
leaven for a new heaven and a new earth (Apocalypse 21:1). All of
them, lay faithful, priests and religious, have understood that the Christian life has been given to transform the world from within ordinary
things and our own lifestyle where God call us to give testimony of his
love.
El mundo actual esta siendo agitado por Fuertes cambios en todos los
niveles de la vida ( social, politico, economico, ambiental, etico, etc.)
Por lo que nosotros creyents en Jesucristo Rey del Universo podemos
dejarnos llevar por el desanimo o indiferencia, convierten donos en
parte del problema mas que de la solucion. Todos nosotros por el
bautismo hemos recibido la mision de anunciar el Evangelio con
palabras y acciones donde quiera que nos encontremos (trabajo,
familia, parroquia, estudio, etc). Es en estos ambientes donde debemos
dar “ razon de nuestra esperanza” (1 P 3, 15) Como seguidores de
Cristo, debemos transformer el mundo con el amor y misericordia que
el Señor nos a dado. Por eso el Señor nos envoi a predicar a todas las
personas, estando en el mundo sin ser del mundo ( Mc. 16, 15; Jn 17,
11).
The modern world is feeling agitated by strong changes in all of the
levels of life (social, political, economic, environmental, ethical, etc.)
We, the believers of Jesus Christ King of the Universe can let ourselves
be taken over by indifference and disillusion. It is possible for us to
become part of the problem instead of part of the solution. All of us,
through baptism, have received the mission of announcing the gospel
with words and actions in whatever place we find ourselves (work,
family, parish, study, etc.). We are able to share the “reason for our
hope” (1 Peter 3:15) within these envir onments. As follower s of
Christ, we should transform the world with the love and mercy the
Lord has given us. This is why the Lord invited us to preach to all, as
we find ourselves in the world without being of the world (Mk 16:15,
Jn 17:11).
Ahora bien, Que es ser santo y como podemos ser santos? La santidad
es escuchar la llamada del Señor, seguir su voluntad de permanecer en
El, a lo que se suma predicar con palabras y obras el amor de Dios. Y
esto lo puede hacer un agricultor y un medico, un professor y un
ingeniero, un politico y un sacerdote.. Te apuesto que muchos son
santos y no lo saben. QUE HACE SANTO A UNA PERSONA? La
respuesta es simple y sencilla: Estar alegres cuando es dificil estar
alegres; ser paciente, cuando es difil ser paciente; seguir caminando,
cuando es mas comodo estarse quieto; guardar silencio, cuando queria
hablar; ser agradables, cuando ser desagradables, en eso consiste
todo… Es muy sencillo y siempre lo sera!
What does it mean to be a saint and how can we become saints?
Holiness is to listen to the call of the Lord, following his will to remain
in Him, to this we may add the proclamation of the word and of the
works of the love of God. This is able to be accomplished by a field
worker and a medical doctor, a professor and an engineer, a politician
and a priest…I am certain that there are many who are saints and they
do not know this. WHAT MAKES A PERSON A SAINT? The answer is simple: To be joyful when it is difficult; to be patient, when it
is difficult; to keep walking when it is more comfortable to stay still; to
keep silence, when the desire is to talk; to be pleasant, when they want
to be unpleasant. This is what everything consists of…It is very simple
and will always be!
Hermanos, que en este mes de Noviembre en el que celebramos a
todos los Santos, a los Fieles Difuntos, a Cristo Rey del Universo, y
que terminamos para empezar un nuevo año liturgico, renovemos nuestro compromiso con el Señor, que nuestra vida se llene de su precensia
y seamos por lo tanto reflejos de su santidad.

WE ARE A OPEN HOUSE COMMUNITY...
It's nice and testifying that the Community of St. Pius X, has been a leader in social justice and solidarity with many groups and organizations,
which have always been at St. Pius X, the "home of Papa God and all"
but we must also think somewhat on the needs of the parish, not only in
the ministries and people outside the community that request aid. A parish does not rain help
automatically, we need to seek and work
them with the help of God. Be aware of this reality.!
SOMOS UNA COMUNIDAD DE PUERTAS ABIERTAS…
Es bonito y testimoniante que la Comunidad de San Pio X, ha sido lider
en la solidaridad y justicia social con tantos grupos y organizaciones, que
siempre han visto en San Pio X, el “ hogar de Papa Dios y de todos” pero
tambien debemos pensar un tanto en las necesidades de la Parroquia, no
solo en los ministerios y las personas fuera de la comunidadque piden
ayudas. A la parroquia no le llueven las ayudas automaticamente, ay que
buscarlas y trabajarlas con la ayuda de Dios. Sean conciente de esta
realidad.!

LOOKING FOR A BETTER FUTURE FOR THE COMMUNITY!
The parish of St. Pius X, whose only income for all your Sunday
collections is between 11,500.00 and 13,500.00. This income is not enough for all
needs and projects that we have. We must think of increasing shareholder contributions, gifts, and other activities such as concerts to raise funds, Annual Raffle, Sunday
service kitchen, rent the Community Room on some dates, prioritizing activities
scheduled of ministries. We need to generate resources for a better and sustainable
future for St. Pius X.

BUSCAMOS UN FUTURO MEJOR PARA LA COMUNIDAD!
La parroquia de San Pio X, tiene como unico ingreso para todas sus necesidades la
colecta Dominical que oscia entre 11,500.00 y 13,500.00 por Domingo. No es suficiente este ingreso para todas las necesidades y proyectos que tenemos. Debemos
pensar en aumentar las contribuciones dominicales, donativos, y otras actividades
tales como: Conciertos para juntar fondos, Rifa anual, servicio de la cocina Dominical,
renta del Salon Comunitario en algunas fechas , dando prioridad a las actividades
programadas de los ministerios.
Necesitamos generar recursos para un futuro
mejor y sostenible para San Pio X.

A PREPARARNOS PARA EL ADVIENTO Y NAVIDAD!
Pedimos a todos los Lideres y Ministerios, que comencemos a preparar y participar en
las actividades de este tiempo Adviento y Navidad. Este Año vamos a hacer todo lo que
siempre han hecho para conocer y analizar, el proximo año podremos hacer algunos cambios si son necesarios. Todos manos a la obra, no hay excusas!

ooperacion de unos y otros. Animo!

everything we have always done to understand and analyze, next year we can

parroquial. No alimentemos el facilismo de “buscar
todo hecho y comodo” La Comunidad de San Pio X,

with love, happiness and fidelity. We do not pay the
traffic ministries of a parish to another, let each community, to the gifts, charisms that God gives to every
parish community. Don’t nourish the easy "search all
done and comfortable" The Community of St. Pius X,
appreciates and values the service of all its ministries.

todos los dias, se sientan con nosotros los Domingos en el temple, hablamos con

al projimo, y esto lo podemos hacer todos, todos los dias, desde cualquier estado de

and love God. If you want to be Holy, God sanctifies you, fills you with their presence, virtues and graces and begin the path of holiness. There are many saints in our
family, in the church, at work and on the streets. We see them every day, they sit
with us on Sundays at the temple, we talk to them but we do not know they are holy.
Holy is he who loves God and neighbor, and this could make all, every day, from
