Ecology/Toxicology:
The usual hygiene and safety rules for handling chemicals
should be observed in handling, storage and use of the
product. The product must not be swallowed.

DILUTION PROCEDURE TO MAKE CROCEL TS.
To make 1 kg of CROCEL TS from CROCEL TS CONC.
Take 760 gms of water and add 240 gms of CROCEL TS CONC. Slowly stirring with
glass rod. Stir it till the product become homogeneous.
(We recommend to do dilution as per above procedure as other way dilution will affect
the finish.)
APPLICATION
Product can be applied both by padding and exhaust methods
Padding application
10-30 g/l CROCEL TS
Is recommended in the padding bath with pH 5 - 5.5, depending on the type of fabric and
softness desired followed by drying at 130ºC.
For application along with resin kindly refer corresponding data sheets for recipe. Above
concentrations hold good for application in resin bath.
Exhaust application
1.0% – 4.0% (owf) CROCEL TS
Is recommended at a liquor ratio of 1:6 to 1:15 with 5 – 5.5 , depending on the type of
fabric and softness desired, treat for 15-20 minutes at room temperature followed by
drying at 130ºC
NOTES
Product has negligible effect on thermo-migration and can be used for 100% PES fabrics
as well. Preliminary trials are however recommended to ascertain the exact change.
