Michelene Collopy, Chairman and Independent Director PSL Ms Collopy is Chair of Perpetual Superannuation Limited as an independent director and a member of its Audit and Risk Committee. Ms Collopy is an experienced professional in funds management, treasury, risk management, compliance, and corporate governance, with over 20 years’ experience in financial markets. Ms Collopy holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Australian National University and is a Chartered Accountant. Ms Collopy also holds a Financial Planning Accreditation from Deakin University, is a Financial Planning Specialist with the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Patria Mann, Independent Director PSL Ms Patria Mann is an independent non-executive director of the board of Perpetual Superannuation Limited and Chair of its Audit and Risk Committee. Ms Mann is a professional non-executive director and formerly a partner of KPMG. Ms Mann is an audit and forensic accounting specialist with extensive experience in Australia and the UK. Ms Patria Mann brings to the board broad experience in governance, audit and superannuation. Ms Patria Mann holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney, is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Virginia Malley, Independent Director PSL Ms Malley has more than 11 years’ experience as a director of superannuation trustee companies and has also served for more than a decade on the boards of related party trustee companies and responsible entities. Ms Malley has 26 years’ experience in the investment and banking sectors over many major market cycles. Her areas of expertise are governance, trusteeship, risk management, regulatory compliance and environmental markets. From its inception, Virginia was Chief Risk Officer at Macquarie’s very successful Funds Management Group and developed its strategic risk management and governance framework. Virginia oversaw the risk management of over $85 billion of portfolios investing in clean technology, infrastructure, listed and unlisted private equity, listed equities, publicly traded debt securities, currencies and derivatives. Virginia holds a Juris Doctor (UTS), Master of Applied Finance (Macquarie University), B.A. (Macquarie University) and a Diploma, Company Directors Course (AICD). Gillian Larkins, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director PSL Ms Larkins joined Perpetual as Group Executive Transformation Office in October 2012, and assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer in January 2013. Ms Larkins has approximately 20 years of experience in finance, strategy and management roles across a number of industries. Most recently, she was Chief Financial Officer, Managing Director of Westpac Institutional Bank, responsible for Finance and Strategy, and prior to that, Chief Financial Officer Australia & New Zealand of Citigroup. Ms Larkins has also served on the board of Hastings Fund Management as a non-executive director from 2009 to 2011. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team reporting to the CEO, Ms Larkins heads Perpetual’s Finance, IT, and Risk functions, which include Audit, Legal and Company Secretariat. Ms Larkins holds a Master of Business Administration from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Accounting & Finance and a Bachelor’s Degree of Commerce, majoring in Economics, both from the University of Otago, New Zealand. She is a member of the NZ Chartered Accountant's Society and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Mark Smith, Group Executive, Perpetual Private, and Executive Director PSL Mr Smith has over 20 years of financial services experience, gained predominantly at BT Financial Group, Westpac’s wealth management arm. Most recently, he held the role of General Manager Bank Distribution and Insurance, with responsibility for approximately 1.5 million customers and over $2 billion in Gross Written Premium. Prior to this, he also held the role of CEO of BT Funds Management NZ and headed BT's Market Platform business. Mr Smith holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Macquarie University, and is a recipient of the David William Fellowship Award. At Perpetual, he leads the Group’s wealth business, which includes the philanthropic, trustee and High Net Worth advisor businesses, as well as the Fordham group, specialising in accounting and advisory services to business owners. Michael Gordon, Group Executive, Perpetual Investments Michael Gordon joined Perpetual as Group Executive Perpetual Investments in January 2013. Mr Gordon has significant domestic and international experience as a leader of asset management businesses and is a 30-year veteran of the financial services industry. He has held roles with a number of well-regarded global investment managers in Australia, Asia and the UK, where most recently he was BNP Paribas Investment Partners' Chief Investment Officer for Equities. Prior to that, he held senior positions with Fidelity Investments International and Schroders Investment Management. Mr Gordon holds a Bachelor of Business, Accounting & Finance from the University of Technology, Sydney. He leads the end-to-end business of Perpetual Investments, Perpetual’s specialised asset management division, which includes the investment management team, product, and distribution. Chris Green, Group Executive, Corporate Trust Prior to joining Perpetual, Mr Green was at JP Morgan Chase Bank for ten years, most recently as Australasia Business Head - Institutional Trust Services based in Sydney and previously as Vice President - Head of Account Management and Vice President - Head of Analytics based in London, covering the European, Middle Eastern and African markets. His career began as a solicitor for Corrs Chambers Westgarth. He holds a Masters of Business Administration (London Business School) and a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (University of Queensland).
