November 3, 2014
Mr. Ridder opened the meeting with prayer.
Nathan Seiter Scholarship Presentation
Mr.Ridder and Mr. Holtz introduced the four scholarship winners. Dave Schabell spoke to the scholarship
committee and the last 10 years of the golf outing. He states the scholarships will continue on. Dave Verst
spoke on behalf of the Seiter family.
PTU Report
The discussion of possible officers and how to continue to move forward with this club was offered.
Reminder to purchase Scrips for the upcoming Christmas season. Volunteers were requested for the
teacher's Christmas luncheon. Parent-teacher conferences are 11-6 from 6-8.
Director of Counseling
Mrs. Steffen reviewed for the parents the ILP portal that she is using with the students for career outlooks.
This is a portal through KHEA. You are also able to build resumes and search scholarships through this.
The next Coffee with the Counselor date was published wrong and will be 11/13 at 7:00.
Development Director
Mr. Holtz asked for a parent volunteer for Mustang Monthlies and someone came forward. He requested
some parent volunteers to help at the Open House on 11/9 from 2-4 in the library. Set up help will be
needed on 11/20 and 11/21 for the Gala.
Mr. Ridder's Report
Mr. Ridder spoke to the wonderful retreat the first group of seniors had this weekend. He asked that people
attend the theater productions this weekend and next. He congratulated the cross country team on their
way to state this Saturday. There will be a Veteran's Day tribute on 11/11 in the Munninghoff Auditorium.

December 1, 2014 at 7pm in Hagenauer Hall
