Seminar
“Il mestiere degli altri” (Others’ job)
To care connections: integration and bridging to facilitate the encounter
Recent social changes suggest that jobs related to assistance and care exceed the strict boundaries of canonic disciplines more
and more often. Therefore it is necessary not only to enrich the skills of professionals and their curriculum, but also to identify
possible new figures, such as “raw operators”, valid facilitators and partners in the “caring”.
This Seminar, part of the cycle “Sanità in Movimento” and of the “Community Lab” project, proposes an international panel
which will present and discuss the emerging scenarios on the “jobs” needed to tackle the emerging organizational challenges in
providing caring people services and their relations with the communities.
