The attribute of superior performance of the membrane allows it to be used in different type of roofs and landscape areas. Uniseal® PVC is a durable, strong & flexible membrane that is fully adhered to the roof surfaces. STEP. 1 STEP. 3 STEP. 6 APPLICATION STEP. 2 Uniseal® PVC membrane has been tested and certified as resistance waterproofing membrane in accordance with the UNE-EN 13948:2008 standard. AREAS OF USAGE All type of roof surfaces, sky gardens, environmental deck, car parks SURFACE PREPARATION Ensure all substrates are firm, clean, dry, free from grease, curing compound and any loose materials or protrusions, prior to application. New concrete or plastered surfaces must be cured for a minimum 28 days. Existing old structure surfaces must be jet washed and allowed to dry for 2 to 3 hours prior to application (depending on weather condition). Cracks and joints must be repaired using suitable compound prior to application. SAFETY PRECAUTION Take all safety precautions for workmen such as helmets, goggles, protective gloves, overalls, safety boots etc. Unroll the membrane to achieve correct over lapping joint and alignment prior the hot air welding. (All side laps must be 50mm wide and end laps 75-100mm) PACKAGING Roll back the membrane and start to apply adhesive to the surfaces prior installing the system. COLOUR AVAILABILITY Unroll the membrane slowly and use the roller to remove any trap air bubbles to achieve full bonding to the surfaces. At all side & end laps, use the hot weld machine to bond the 2 pcs membrane to achieve the strong and tight over lapping edges.
