The chemical formulation of the gloves and surface lubricating materials no not contain any
substances/heavy metal normally known to be harmful to the use or to any person with
whom the gloves get contact.
Section 4: Quality Assurance Conformity
The Nitrile Glove is produced to conform to:
FDA's 1000ml Watertight Test, EN 455 (1 & 2) and ASTM D6319.
ISO 11193-1:2002 and NFPA 1999, Standard on Protective Clothing for
Operations, Emergency Medical 2008 edition.
Manufactured under GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and CMDR quality system
Section 5: Special Precaution
For single use only. Reuse may cause contamination and infection that results in adverse effects.
Components used in making this glove may cause allergic reactions in some people. Do not expose this to any person
known or suspected to be sensitive to Nitrile or components used in the manufacturer of this glove before
consultation with a physician.
If allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult with physician.
Follow your institution's policies for use. For transient use only.
Section 6: Storage Condition
Caution to be taken in handling and storage.
Glove should be kept in cool, dry and well ventilated area to prolong its shelf life. Avoid excessive heat (40°c, 104°f)
The open box should be shielded from exposure to direct sun, fluorescent lighting and x-ray.
Improper storage will decrease usable life.
Properly dispose of all used gloves in accordance with local regulations and your institution's policies.
