JANUARY ORDERS: Avoid January orders! Stock is depleted by then, which results in an incomplete package
when you collect. We also cannot give a guaranteed collection date as with earlier orders. We will contact you when
your order is ready for collection. SAVE YOURSELF AGITATION & FRUSTRATION by placing your order in November.

The above limitations only apply to books. Stationery & PRG uniform can be acquired at any time.

Orders are strictly executed in the order of receipt. Early orders receive better quality secondhand books. Orders
placed Iin December may experience a delay in delivery of some back orders. Reprints can cause a delay in
delivery of 6-8 weeks. January orders experience even more problems.

(c) EXECUTION OF ORDER

Only fully paid orders will be executed.
When your order is being executed, and secondhand stock of a title/s is exhausted, we will supply / order a new book from
the publisher. This is done to expedite your delivery, and cannot be cancelled by you.
(d) COLLECTION OF MAIN ORDER - From certain dates in January, depending on date of placement

Should there be an amount payable upon collection of order, it has to be settled before the order can be released.

Please collect your order as soon possible after the date relevlant to your order (see p1). Learners from Parel Vallei High
