The City Council of Bristol hereby gives NOTICE it proposes to make the following traffic
orders:A.
Ref No. CAE/RGW/P-893A - The City Council of Bristol (Various Roads, A432
Fishponds Road Area, Easton, Eastville, Frome Vale and Lawrence Hill Wards, City of
Bristol) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) (Loading Places) (Disabled Persons’
Parking Places) Order 201-, the effect of which would be:1.
to revise waiting and loading arrangements for vehicles and maintain other
waiting and loading arrangements in effect without change in the following
roads:Alcove Road (northeast & southwest arm), Alexandra Park, Beechwood
Road, Brentry Road, Brook Road, Channons Hill, Coronation Avenue,
Drummond Road, Edward Street, Elmdale Gardens, Elmgrove Road,
Ernestville Road, Fishponds Road, Gloster Avenue, Gloucester Street,

in Fishponds Road; and
4.
to introduce disabled persons’ parking places in Guinea Lane and Victoria
Parade;
5.
to introduce disabled persons’ parking places between 10.00 a.m. and 4.30
p.m. Monday to Friday and between 7.00 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. Saturday in
Fishponds Road; and
6.
to retain disabled persons’ parking places in Fishponds Road and Straits
Parade.

to revise waiting arrangements for vehicles and maintain other waiting and

Gardens, Daubeny Close, Delabere Avenue, Downend Road, Elfin Road, Ella

Traffic Regulation) (Disabled Persons’ Parking Places) Order 201-, the effect of which
would be:1.
to introduce new waiting arrangements for vehicles in Beachgrove Gardens
and Kimberley Crescent;
2.
to revise waiting and loading arrangements for vehicles and maintain other
waiting and loading arrangements in effect without change in the following
roads:Beachgrove Road, Beechwood Road, Briar Way, Bridges Court, Broadoak
Walk, Brook Road, Clifford Road, Daws Court, Downend Road, Eaton Close,
Forest Road, Idstone Road, Kimberley Road, Laburnum Grove, Ledbury
Road, Lewington Road, Maywood Avenue, Maywood Crescent, Maywood
Road, Millward Grove, Parkhurst Avenue, Radley Road, Railway Terrace,
Stanbury Avenue, Staplehill Road, Thicket Avenue, Thicket Road and Vicars
Close;
2.
to revise the disabled persons’ parking place between 7.00 a.m. and 6.30 p.m.
Monday to Saturday in Radley Road to limit waiting to 3 hours maximum;
3.
to retain the disabled persons’ parking place between 8.00 a.m. and 6.30 p.m.
Monday to Friday in Beechwood Road;
4.
to introduce one way traffic on the northern length of Forest Road;

5.
to introduce one way traffic (except cycles) on the western end of Beechwood
Road, the southern end of Maywood Road and the eastern end of Radley
Road; and
6.
to introduce a prohibition of driving at the northern end of Beachgrove
Gardens.
