Axia Ventures Group announces the appointment of Mr. Dimitris Tzelepis as Group Chief Operating
Officer (COO)
Athens, Greece – September 10, 2014 – Axia Ventures Group ("AXIA") announced today that Mr.
Dimitris Tzelepis has joined AXIA as Group Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Prior to AXIA, Dimitris was Director, Head of Group Investor Relations at OTE (Hellenic
Telecommunications Organization), with a wide area of responsibilities extending among others to
Credit Ratings, Corporate Governance and listings in the NYSE, LSE and ATHEX Exchanges. He has
also served as member of the Boards of Directors of Cosmote Romania, Hellas Sat, Hellas Sat
Consortium Ltd and OTE Estate.
Dimitris has broad working experience in finance, having started his career in corporate finance
with Procter & Gamble, and continuing in private wealth management with Merrill Lynch and
ETEBA Investment Bank (National Bank Group). Performing a switch to Investor Relations, he
worked for Vodafone Hellas and Alpha Bank, before moving to OTE.
He holds an MBA in Finance from Cass Business School, London, as well as professional
accreditations in equities and derivatives trading and is a member of the Governing Board of the
Greek Union of Listed Companies. He was voted the “Best Investor Relations Professional for
Greece” at the Pan-European Thomson-Extel Surveys, in 2007, 2008, 2012 and 2013.
