shock, burn, or electrocution.
Therefore:
d Carefully set up and use fireworks
only in areas clear of overhead
power lines.
d Do not string fireworks on
utility poles.
d If using a ladder, pole, or tie
lines to set up fireworks, keep
a 10-foot clearance from
power lines.

entangled in an overhead power

RECIPE OF THE MONTH
12 mini croissants or 6 regular
croissants (stale are best)
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese,
thinly sliced
1/2 cup dried cranberries
2 cups milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
6 eggs, beaten
1 can (21 ounces) apple pie filling
Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with cooking
spray. Cut croissants in half lengthwise, placing bottom half of croissants
in pan. Place slices of cream cheese over croissants. Sprinkle cranberries
over cream cheese, then layer with croissant tops. In a saucepan, bring
milk, sugar, and butter to a boil; remove from heat and let cool for 10
minutes. Add vanilla and eggs, mixing well, then pour over croissants.
Spread apple pie filling over croissants. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for
45 to 50 minutes. Serve hot or cold. Recipe makes 24 servings.
