Internationally known speaker, David Parnell is a husband and father of seven from
Tennessee. His also a methamphetamine and suicide survivor, recovering addict and
alcoholic, former drug dealer and convicted felon. After spending twenty three years
addicted to drugs he attempted suicide by shooting himself in the face with an SKS
assault rifle. He has since devoted his life educating others about the dangers of
methamphetamine.

Lynn Hart, Anti-Meth Campaign in Indian Country, Graphics Artist
Lynn Hart, forever comfortable in a cowboy hat, has worked as a ranch hand, stunt man,
rodeo bull rider, bull fighter clown with the PRCA, and rode with the Bill Pickett
Invitational Rodeo for ten years. For two years beginning in 2004, he was a re-enactor
with the National Lewis & Clark Expedition, portraying York, Captain Clark’s slave on the
expedition. Ever the agent for social change, he is currently involved in several projects,
as a public speaker promoting “Education Creates Reconciliation”, and an Indian
Highway Safety campaign to increase the use of safety belts. He is also waging war on
one of Indian Country’s biggest problems methamphetamine addiction, because he
says, “Meth is killing our children”. Mr. Hart and wife Helen, an Odawa/Dakota enrolled
with the Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe, make their home in Flandreau, SD.

Deputy Keil is a 22 year veteran with the Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Department. He is
currently assigned to the patrol division as a K9 handler. Deputy Keil specialize in the
areas of narcotics enforcement and has trained law enforcement officers around the
country including the DEA, U.S. Customs, Border Patrol, NYPD, Chicago PD and
thousands of others in the areas of drug interdiction and recognizing drug users.
