RSI (WA Gold) Pty Ltd ACN 165 594 972 85 Kings Road Vaucluse, NSW 2030 Date: 30 July 2014 Blue Spec Gold Project Royalty RSI (WA Gold) Pty Ltd (RSI) is pleased to announce that it has acquired a new 2% net smelter return royalty (NSR) over the Blue Spec Gold Project owned by ASX listed Northwest Resources Limited (ASX:NWR). On 29 July 2014, Northwest Resources Limited announced to the ASX a restructure of an existing agreement with RSI (WA Gold) Pty Ltd. As part of that restructure: a) RSI has agreed to acquire Northwest’s interest in the Camel Creek Project tenements for $175,000; b) Northwest has granted a 2% net smelter return royalty over all production from its Blue Spec Project tenements to RSI; and c) RSI has agreed to terminate the previous secured loan facility in consideration for the grant of that new royalty.
