Managing law firm finances: what is your
weakest link?
Chain productivity is determined by its weakest link. Similarly,
you have got a ‘bottleneck’ in your law firm finances: this
should be one factor with the worst impact on finances.
Could it be productivity of your lawyers, or realisation? Maybe
some decrease in revenues? Poor fee policy? Or some leaks in
collecting your debts? Apparently, increasing efficiency of, or
getting around your weakest link requires some very focused
management efforts.
What is your ‘bottleneck’ now? How to find it? Can it move in the
course of your business development?
We shall challenge those questions in the form of an open panel
discussion.
