The program (in preparation) will include the

SiGN, METASTROKE, COMPASS, CHARGE, CADISP,
GISCOME, and several other groups:
○ Ischemic stroke GWAS
○ Intracerebral hemorrhage GWAS
○ MRI-defined brain infarct GWAS
○ Intracranial aneurysms GWAS
○ Cervical artery dissections GWAS
○ Cerebral venous thrombosis GWAS

● Updates from rare variants sequencing / exome
chip projects

○ Genetics of imaging endophenotypes
○ Genetics of acute endophenotypes

● We aim at discussing themes such as pleiotropy
in small vessel disease phenotypes, facilitating
rare variant analyses and translational studies in
stroke, enhancing genetic studies across ethnic
groups, genetic approaches for new imaging
phenotypes, pharmacogenomics etc. (suggestions
welcome!)
