Electronic Thermostats RTE RTE 102/104 Setting of temperature on the RTE 102/104 is done on the circuit board under the housing to prevent unauthorised persons from changing the selected temperature. Thermostats are designed to control heat directly or to be used as sensors in larger centrally controlled facilities. The setting range can be limited on the back of the dial and the thermostat can be calibrated there as well, if necessary. RTEV 102V is also equipped with an alternating relay and can therefore be used for the regulation of heating or cooling. External sensors mounted in ventilation ducts or the floor can also be connected. A fixed temperature reduction of 4ºC can be activated by an externally connected contact, such as a weekly timer. The setting range can be limited and calibrated on the setting dial. RTEV 302 RTEV 302 also has a built-in clock function in addition to the dial and the option of connecting external duct or floor sensors. The period for temperature reduction by 4ºC is 5, 7, 12, or 16 hours. The preferred period is set on the circuit board upon in-stallation. The reduction period is activated by pushing the start button at the desired time of day. The clock is then set and the reduction period starts at that time every day automatically. An ongoing temperature reduction period can be interrupted with a push of the start button. The following day, the reduction period once again begins at the usual set time.
