Following the successful inaugural session of the YEG
Facetime with SSA Councillors, the secretariat is pleased
to announce the 2nd session in its series of YEG
Facetime with SSA Councillors.
The last Tuesday evening of every alternate month starting in April - has been set aside for YEG members to
engage in an informal sharing session with a team of SSA
Council members.

This serves as an invaluable opportunity for young
shipping executives to hear the perspectives on the
shipping industry, the Association and life itself – first-hand
from SSA’s Councillors. This dialogue session also aims to
understand the key issues and hot topics that are of
concern to the younger shipping generation.

YEG Facetime with SSA Councillors, 2nd Session: Speakers’ Profile
Ms Teo Lay Seng (Lisa) first graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce
from the University of Melbourne in 1997 and subsequently obtained a
Master of Science in Marketing from the National University of
Singapore in 2002.
She began her career with Pacific International Lines (Pte) Ltd (“PIL”)
in 1997 and is currently PIL’s Executive Director (Corporate
Development) Corporate Division. Her portfolio includes directorships
in PIL, Maya Corporation Pte. Ltd. and their subsidiaries.
This is her 2nd term on the SSA Council. Ms Teo is currently serving as
Honorary Treasurer and was Chairman of the YEG Committee for the
term 2011/2013. She is also a Committee Member of the Singapore
Chinese Chamber of Commerce Industry’s “Young Entrepreneurs
Network”.

Mr Lee Keng Mun is the Head of Shipping Asia in HSH Nordbank AG.
He has a wealth of experience in providing financial and advisory
services to the transport industry and in particular in shipping and
maritime-related finance.
Before his current appointment, Keng Mun was the Head of Transport
& Logistics in a local bank. During his years there, he championed the
aviation, shipping, ports and logistics businesses. Prior to that, he
spent many years as a senior relationship manager in a foreign
shipping bank covering clients in the Asia Pacific region.
Mr Lee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National
University of Singapore and is a graduate of the Association of
Chartered Certified Accountants. He takes a passionate interest and
plays an active role in the local shipping community – this is his 2nd
term on the SSA Council and since the beginning of this year, he is
also on the Board of the Singapore Maritime Foundation.
