Employee Interline Travel Agreement
Should a Member bilaterally concur on SAF under categories B, C, and D this entails automatic inclusion of
any additional SAF that fulfill the specific conditions of that category.
If Members wish to concur to specific SAF as defined under categories E then the Members should list the
name(s) and category of the individual SAF agreed upon. This would mean that only the specifically listed
Category E SAF will be included and no further inclusion is permitted unless bilaterally agreed.

Category A
A.1. ZED-MIBA Forum Member
A.1.a. See article A.1 and A.2 of the Agreement.
Category B
B.1. An airline operating scheduled passenger flights (regardless of ownership structure)
B.2. Ticketed through the fulfillment process (as described in Section C of the Agreement) as the Member
B.3. The airline may not operate under its own code and all routes must be marketed/sold by the Member
Category C
C.1. All airline companies (that do not fall under category B) which are wholly or partially owned subsidiary
or parent company (company must have part or full ownership of the Member) or sister company
(company must be partially or wholly owned by a company which owns the Member).
C.2. Ticketed through the fulfillment process (as described in Section C of the Agreement) as the Member
Category D
D.1.All non-airline companies which are a wholly owned subsidiary or parent company (company must
have 100% ownership of the Member) or sister company (company must be owned wholly by a
company which wholly owns the Member).
D.2.Ticketed through the fulfillment process (as described in Section C of the Agreement) as the Member
Category E
E.1. All other entities (i.e., companies that are not scheduled passenger airlines regardless of ownership)
E.2. Ticketed through the fulfillment process (as described in Section C of the Agreement) as the Member
