General conditions:
With the registration the announcement is accepted and the sporting suitability of
the athletes is confirmed.
1. Tournament mode
6 teams compete with each other in the tournament. Saturday group phase: 6 games
(2 per team). Sunday Ko phase: 5 final and placing games. Playing time: 2 x15 min.
2. Match schedule
The schedule is generated after a definite registration of the participating teams.
3. Heath of the athletes
Every athlete must be in the possession of a DBS sports health passport (or equal).
The last sports medical examination mustn't be longer than 12 months ago and has
to be documented in the passport. The passports have to be shown for control on
the 1st competition day.
Persons who suffer in addition to their disability from an illnesses which is getting
worse through competitive sports, are excluded from the participation. Normally this
concerned persons who have implants (e. g. artificial joints, cardiac pacemaker etc. )
or have come through e. g. a heart attack.
4. Competition rules
The competition rules are orientated at the statutes and the set of rules of the
German Blind Soccer League (DBFL) as well as at the specifications of the
International blind sport association (IBSA).
A match is played by two teams, each of them has not more than 5 players, one of
them is the goalkeeper. All four players apart from the goalkeeper must be full blindly
(B1). The goalkeeper can be able to see or partially sighted (B2/B3). In addition, the
goalkeeper takes over the function of a caller.
A team consist of at most 14 persons. These are connected to the following
functions: eight players; two goalkeepers; one coach; one Co-Coach; a doctor or
physiotherapist as well as a Torguide. Head-guards for the players are duty. The
Team-Foul-Rule is reduced on 3 Team-Fouls due to the match.
5. Accommodation
A restricted number of overnight accommodations can be offered: The
accommodation is in the A & O Hostel Leipzig (Brandenburg St. 2, 04103, Leipzig) in
multi bed rooms. These will be reserved for the tournament according to the
confirmation till 11.08.2014.
6. Charges
The costs for the catering (except drinks), the overnight stay and cultural programme
are sponsored by the organizer and his partners.
7. Registration
Registrations can be delivered only in in written form by clubs / start communities.

The final registration list can be send till 25.08.2014. With the announcement to
11.08.2014 the number of the participants of every team should be transmitted
(athletes and responsible persons), so that the overnight capacities can be booked.
Incomplete registrations, registrations incoming later with provably false details
aren't accepted. There are no registration fees.
8. Liability
The organizer, the host and the legal form of the competitions assume no liability for
loss, theft, damage etc. to things and values! Organizers aren't liable for accidents of
participants and spectators. Claims from the sports casualty insurance aren't touched
by it.
