ROBOT DA CABINA PER SPRUZZATURA PANNELLI MOD. RBP
La macchina e’ progettata per automatizzare la fase di spruzzatura in
cabina di verniciatura di pannelli di forma quadrata o rettangolare,
permettendo di impostare, memorizzare e richiamare i cicli ed i
parametri di spruzzatura desiderati (per esempio prima il bordo poi il
piano con mano singola o incrociata o solo il bordo ,solo il piano, le rispettive
velocita’ di lavoro etc).
Una barriera di lettura permette la lettura automatica delle misure dei
pezzi e la conseguente verniciatura.
Il trasporto del pezzo nella zona di spruzzatura e’ effettuato tramite
due vassoi con porta-pezzi regolabili con sistema di lavoro in pendolo
cosicché un vassoio e’ in fase di verniciatura mentre l’altro e’ in fase di
carico o scarico.
AUTOMATIC PANEL SPRAY ROBOT FOR SPRAY BOOTH MOD. RBP
The machine has been studied to automate the spray operations in a spray
booth on rectangular or squared panels, allowing to set ,memorise and
recall the desired spray cycle and the spray parameters (for example
before the edges than the surface with single or crossed passage ,or only
the edge ,only the surface , the related spraying speeds and so on).
A reading barrier provides to read the panel sizes in order to spray
accordingly.
The transport system of the pieces to the spray area is performed by means
of two motorised trays, with adjustable piece supports, moving with
pendulum system , so that a tray is in loading/unloading position while the
other is under spray.
ROBOT DE BARNIZADO DE TABLEROS EN CABINA MOD. RBP
La maquina es estudiada para automatizar la fase de barnizado
con pistola en cabina de tableros con forma cuadrada o rectangular,
permitendo cargar, memorizar y llamar los ciclos y los parametros de
barnizado deseados (por exemplo antes el canto y luogo la cara con
mano singula o cruzada o solo el canto ,solo la cara, las relativas
velocidades de trabajo etc)
Una barra de lectura permite la lectura automatica de las medidas
de piezas y el consiguente barnizado.
El transporte de las piezas en la zona de aplicacion esta echo mediante
dos bandejas con sistema de trabajo en pendulo tal que una esta en fase
da carga mientras la otra esta en fase de pintado.
AUTOMATISCHER KABINEN- SPRITZROBOTER FÜR FLÄCHIGE WERKSTÜCKE MOD. RBP
Diese Maschine wurde zum automatischen Beschichten von flächigen Werkstücken für
unterschiedliche Applikationen innerhalb einer Spritzkabine entwickelt.
Über die Maschinensteuerung kann der Bediener unterschiedliche Arbeitsprogramme
mit den entsprechenden Parametern hinterlegen und diese bei Bedarf abrufen.
Somit werden z.B. unterschiedliche Einstellungen und Wiederholungen für die Kanten
und orthogonale Varianten für die Beschichtung der Flächen unter Berücksichtigung der
Geschwindigkeiten vorgegeben.
Eine Lichtschranke erfasst die Anzahl und Flächenform der Werksstücke für den korrekten Lackauftrag.
Die Beschickung erfolgt über ein Zweipalettensystem, wobei sich stets eine im Arbeitsbereich befindet und die Zweite zur Belegung bereit steht.
