FourteGuitar is the guitar quartet of Puerto Rico and the
Caribbean. Formed by Jorge Calaf, Félix Del Valle, Jehú
Otero and Lemuel Lugo, this quartet brings to the public
a classical musical repertoire of the highest level. The

quartet has taken lessons from internationally acclaimed
artists like: Iván Rijos, Alberto Rodríguez Ortiz, Manuel
Barrueco, Carlos Barbosa Lima, Remi Boucher, Pepe
Romero, Celín Romero, Lito Romero, Celino Romero
and the distinguished Puerto Rican composer Ernesto
Cordero; all of which have praised the talent and the
professionalism of the group. In the summer of 2013 and
2014, they participated in the Celedonio Romero Guitar
Institute in Oklahoma City, USA.
FourteGuitar has appeared in concert in different
prestigious concert halls throughout Puerto Rico,
including the Jesús María Sanromá Theatre at the
Conservatorio de Música de Puerto Rico, the Ponce
Museum of Art, the theatre of the Universidad
Interamericana of Puerto Rico in Bayamón, the Museo
de las Américas, América Theater, Condado en
Concierto, Casa de España, and la Capilla Mayor de la
Universidad del Sagrado Corazón, together with the
prestigious choir Orfeón San Juan Bautista. They also
