Indianapolis Indians: Job Description Job Title: Reports To: Audio Director Community Relations & Promotions Coordinator/ Telecast and Production Manager Production Status: Seasonal FLSA: Non-­‐Exempt Department: Effective: April 2015 Job Summary: Control all audio for Indianapolis Indians home games and other events at Victory Field. This includes song selection and running the soundboard. Essential Functions: • Manage, organize, and upload song files on the audio computer • Running the soundboard during Indians games and other outside events • Ensuring audio levels in the stadium are appropriate at all times • Playing sound effects and music at appropriate times during the game • Working with on field entertainment acts’ sound requirements as needed Other Duties/Responsibilities: Other duties related to audio/production at Victory Field may be assigned as needed. Minimum Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a college/university or obtained a bachelor’s degree in a video or audio production related field, a strong understanding of the game of baseball, and basic understanding of standard audio equipment. Preferred experience in live production control room settings.
