In the upcoming weeks the directors will be auditioning soloists to perform during our event. We look forward to seeing each of the performers shine in their starring roles as the feature entertainment of the Gala – Casino Night. We are sending you this email to communicate important Gala deadline information because you/your student will be performing at this event. (Soloists will receive this information the day after they are chosen.) Finalized performance schedule will be provided, to the students, a week before event. TICKETS Tickets went on sale January 28, 2015 through the Batavia Music Buffs website: www.bataviamusicbuffs.org. Space is limited for this event and we encourage performing families to purchase tickets as soon as possible to ensure that you are able to attend to see your child perform. February 12, 2015 is the deadline for submissions into the event program. We do invite and encourage families to consider “sponsoring” your student’s meal to help defray the costs associated with their attendance/meal at the event. Please consider one or more of the following options available through the Batavia Music Buffs Website (http://www.bataviamusicbuffs.org):  Sponsor a Performing Student’s Meal  Make a Monetary Donation/Become a Member  Purchase a “shout out” Event Ad for a Performing Student IMPORTANT TICKETING INFORMATION:  Students are not allowed to sit or participate in any gambling table.  Tickets for this year’s Gala will not be assigned seating unless if purchasing Big Spender’s Couple package. Please note, that due to gaming tables this event will have limited seating. A table will be held for those that are elderly, handicapped or unable to move as freely.  The Gala is a casino night event with heavy hors d’oeuvres buffet throughout the night.  There will be several gambling tables for attendees to play but attendees are not required to play if attending.  Chinese Raffle Baskets will be available as they have been in the past years.  For those purchasing the Big Spender’s Couple package wishing to be seated together: To ensure that you are seated with a particular person/persons you must coordinate the purchase of your ticket(s) for the same table with that person. It is encouraged that you consider purchasing tickets at one time together (in one order) to ensure your seating preference. We are unable to adjust table/seating after purchase.  Tickets are sold individually, unless if purchasing Big Spender’s Couple package.  Please use ONLINE credit/debit card or PayPal payment options to help us minimize additional administrative work.  Your online payment receipt is your ticket to enter. Bidding Cards will be issued at the Annual Gala Check-in Table the evening of the Gala with your Event Program.  Doors open at 6:00pm  Hors D’Oeuvres service at 7:00pm SHARP.
