liberalization of the electricity market and based on over 30 years of
experience of GALA Engineering. We operate alongside the energy value
chain: generation of electricity from renewable sources, sale of electricity
and gas, engineering services aimed to improve energy efficiency.Filippo
Tortoriello, Chairman of the BoD, and Fiorenza Allegretti, Vice President,
hold respectively 70% and 30% of the share capital of GALA Holding S.r.l.,
the major shareholder of the Group.
