COOKING DEMO
Super chef Stephen Wilson is a much sought after guest and this is his first
time at Woori Community House.
With over 20 years of experience at both local and international venues
including the Savoy and The Hilton in London Stephen’s sessions are
designed to demonstrate dishes you can create at home to impress family and
friends.

Wu Tao
This two hour program covers a practical demonstration of
infant and child resuscitation and the management of a
choking child. All participantsWe

A sick infant or young child is
worrying for all new parents

and knowing when it is necessary to see a doctor can be
confusing. Guidelines will be given about the signs to look for
which may indicate a potentially serious illness.
New beginners 6 week workshop starting
Based on the proven health system of Traditional Chinese
Medicine, Wu Tao (pr. Wu Dow & translates to ~ The Dancing

care for a tree & turn into a Bonsai.
You will be shown how to create, care for and maintain your

Bonsai Workshops/ Demonstration
Date: Thursday 19th February
Time: 7.00 pm – 9.00pm
Cost: $15 – BYO Bonsai tree.
Bonsai Workshop
All participants will create their own Bonsai utilising plants,
pots soil & wire provided. You will be able to take home your
own Bonsai. Bonsai is included in this workshop.

Two Day Mosaic Workshop
Come and learn the beautiful art of Mosaic and create your
own garden saucer to take home. We will be using a variety of
tesserae such as tiles, glass stones/beads, pebbles, shells or
anything else you can think of that you would like to add to
your design.
The classes will run over two Saturdays.
Saturday one: Design, prepare and bond your tesserae to
complete your mosaic piece. BYO Lunch

about living with unique Wild life in the Yarra Valley!
Presented by Denise Garratt she is the president and founder
of ‘Help for Wildlife’, a state wide wild life emergency
service based in the Yarra Valley.

per calendar year and make use of our small but well-rounded
library. If you have any unwanted books that you no longer
require, we would appreciate any donations to enhance our
