Training Standard for TECHNICIAN IN TOURISM
1. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF QUALIFICATION
Technician promotes and sells tour programs and travel, plan and
organize travel for clients, communicate the necessary information
to customers about services accommodation, transport, recreation,
access to area attractions, requests and complaints promptly
resolve the extent of their competence, explains the framework
contract and contract terms. Assists guests who joined the service
providers offer tourism contributes to contracted services, maintain
an ongoing dialogue with tourists and act to improve tourism
programs they conduct / organize.
