Neighbourhood Plan for the Parish Area
of Ardingly
1. A referendum will be held on Thursday 5th March 2015 to decide on
the question below:
Do you want Mid Sussex District Council to use the
neighbourhood plan for Ardingly to help it decide
planning applications in the neighbourhood area?
2. Applications to register to vote or to vote by post or proxy should be
made to the Electoral Registration Officer at Mid Sussex District
Council, Oaklands, Oaklands Road, Haywards Heath, West Sussex,
RH16 1SS by the dates shown below:
Application
New applications to register to vote
New applications to vote by post or to
cancel or amend an existing postal vote
or proxy appointment
New applications to vote by proxy
Applications for an emergency proxy vote
Deadline for receipt
Tuesday, 17th February 2015
5pm on Wednesday, 18th February
5pm on Wednesday, 25th February
5pm on Thursday, 5th March
3. The main issue of postal votes will commence on Wednesday,
11th February 2015
