Set in a secluded valley between the picturesque
village of Séguret and Mont Ventoux, Domaine de
Mourchon was acquired by the McKinlay family in
1998. The vineyard had some twenty hectares of
mature vines but no facility to make wine so, using
modern technology and high standards, a winery was
constructed and completed in 2000.
The terraced hillside vineyard, at an average altitude of 350m, is based predominately clay and grey
limestone which, combined with a microclimate, gives the location a terroir of unique quality. Careful
husbandry using natural and organic techniques – ‘agriculture raisonnée’ as it is known in France – in
conjunction with combined traditional and advanced methods of vinification results in a well structured
wine with pronounced fruit aromas and strong colours.
Now receiving international recognition and praise you are invited to discover Domaine de Mourchon and
its wines.

Château Guiraud, a unique vineyard - 1st Grand Cru
Classé in the Imperial Classification of 1855, Château Guiraud is
the oldest wine producing property in Sauternes (dating from
the fifteenth century). It is also one of the largest estates in
Sauternes with 100 hectares of vines and it is the only estate
whose entire vineyard is located in the commune of Sauternes.
Château Guiraud , a natural wine - Château Guiraud is the only Grand Cru Classé in the 1855
classification with organic certification. Xavier Planty is an oenologist and has a degree in plant
physiology; he has pursued a general ecological approach to vineyard management at Château Guiraud
for more than 20 years. Château Guiraud has not used any chemical herbicides or insecticides for
several years. The property is well-known for the development of its bioviticulture method that is based
based on maintaining a balanced ecosystem with the
replanting of rural hedges to encourage integrated pest
management, insect hotels, bird houses, a conservatory, a
natural water treatment plant and biodiversity in the
vineyard... This is what gives Château Guiraud’s 100% natural
Sauternes its authenticity and its exceptional depth of
aromatic range.
Château Guiraud , a property managed to the
highest standards - Château Guiraud has been
owned by four wine enthusiasts since 2006: Robert
Peugeot, a well-known figure in the automobile
industry and the current Chairman and CEO of FFP,
the main holding company for the Peugeot family’s
interests. Xavier Planty, an oenologist and the
impassioned manager of Château Guiraud since
1986. Olivier Bernard, director of the Domaine de
Chevalier, one of the great estates of Pessac
Léognan. Stephan von Neipperg, an agronomist and
oenologist, owner of Château Canon La Gaffelière and
La Mondotte
PRODUCTS
Since 2000, there has been a gradual but clear change in the style of Château Guiraud’s
wines. Today, they have grip and structure, but are cleaner, lighter and more elegant. The
nose offers well defined aromas while, on the palate, the wines have a seductive fullness and
discreet opulence. There is a seamless harmony in the new style of wines at Château
Guiraud, with greater finesse and a mineral finish that enhances the complexity. As for
aromas, there is added intensity and complexity.
CHATEAU GUIRAUD
THE NEW CHATEAU GUIRAUD
PETIT GUIRAUD
Petit Guiraud is the second wine made by Château Guiraud. The label has been redesigned,
but remains faithful to the gold and black that has always been a symbol of Château Guiraud
and its history. Petit Guiraud is a ” modern” Sauternes made by Xavier Planty, a co-owner
and Château Guiraud’s oenologist since 1982. This perfect balance, which results in an
extremely refined sweetness, is given extra freshness by a high proportion of Sauvignon.
LE G DE CHÂTEAU GUIRAUD
This is produced from 15 ha of vines, consisting of 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Sémillon
fermented 50% in ex-Sauternes barrels, the rest in steel. Le G is a dry white wine made
from ripe grapes unaffected by noble rot. Very fresh, very mineral with grapefruit tang and a
very slight grain. Refined and lively all at once. Fine dry length.

HISTORY
The Rauzan cellar was founded in 1933. The Grangeneuve
cellar exists since 1936. Both merged in 2008 to became
the first unity of wine making of France in wine of
protected designation of origin Bordeaux AOC, with 3200
ha of vineyards & 300 winegrowers
PHILOSOPHY
Solidarity is the basis of our cooperative cellar since 1933. In the cooperative system : one member =
one supplier = one shareholder = one voice
Our priority is sustainable development, respect of human being & nature. We reduce the number of
treatments in the vineyard, improve our consumption of energy & water and waste recycling. We aim
to defend biodiversity. Our activity encourages local development of our region, about 400 families
live directly from our activity. We signed in 2013 a social & ethic charter to promote the wellness of
our employees.
Top management of the vineyard +
modern equipment of wine making =
Best quality/price ratio.

1884, A star is born…
Champagne Dumangin was created by Hippolyte Dumangin.
Gilles Dumangin, 5th generation of successful winemakers,
“upped” the range by introducing the several high class
champagnes that helped position his top of the range wines.
He has received high praises from prospective customers
and press alike. Créateur de Cuvées, he has over 15 different
Champagnes at any time in his portfolio. He has been
called many times to make Champagnes for designer brands. His latest creation the Trio des Ancêtres is
a wonderful trio of single grapes Chardonnay/Pinot Noir & Meunier named after his ancestors: Firmin,
Hippolyte & Achille.
Innovation through Tradition
The Champagne region has seen many improvements in winemaking processes. General quality has been
raised but this has led to uniformity in most champagnes. Champagne Dumangin believes in uniqueness…
The Dumangin Rosé is a good example: thanks to its untypical blend of vintage cuvées and red wine from
Pinot Meunier, it exhibits finesse and fruit rather than vinosity and strength. Obtaining the right balance
between traditional methods and modern techniques is a difficult but enjoyable exercise.
Dumangin Champagnes are handled very gently from grape picking
to bottling in their tank room in Chigny Les Roses. Careful
manual riddling, in-house disgorgement & dosage ensure
quality at all steps. To add an additional twist, dosage
liquor is aged in perfumed oak cask. Dosage is a very
important part of Champagne Dumangin J. Fils...
Each bottling enjoys different dosage through its
lifecycle to provide the best possible tasting
experience. Disgorgement dates are added to
back labels alongside with other informative
details as well as a QR code.

CHATEAU DE BELLEVUE
Our ancestor, Jean Loron, was born in Chénas in 1711. He
developed his business as a wine grower by vinifying
specifics “climats” of Beaujolais and Bourgogne. In 1821, his
grandson, Jean Marie, developed the estate further and
and began a wine merchant business.
Nowadays, the wines of our own estates and those we
produce are an expression of diverse origins. They are
fruits of our extensive Knowledge and experience.
Today, with 6 estates, 3 wineries and an
oenotourisme Chateau, our philosophy is
“Terroirs and Diversity” ; Respecting our wine
growing roots and emphasizing our
commitment to the different terroirs and the
character of their wines.

during 9 months.
CHATEAU DE LA PIERRE, Régnié Sans Souffre ajoutée - A natural wine vinified
without any sulfites.
CHATEAU DE LA MIRANDE, Mâcon Village Blanc - 20 hectares château located in
Montblé, south of the village of Lugny. This terroir produces fruity and supple white wine,
with an elegant mineral finish.
VIRE-CLESSE, Organic - This wine is round, rich with a white pepper finish.

Set up in 1798, Maison Salin became one of the leading
Bordeaux wine merchant in the 19th century focusing
primarily on the exportation of wine in barrels, especially
to countries controlled by France at the time. Before
Frédéric Salin took over the company in 1985, three
generation of Salin developed the business through the
years.
Frederic Salin developed and expanded significantly the Grands Crus Classés and Estate bottled (“Petits
Châteaux”) business as well as the share of international sales. Maison Salin also became at the time a
major “En Primeurs” operator. In 2009, the company made an acquisition of Domaine de Tamary, a

THE POUILLY REFERENCE
Since their origin, the Caves de Pouilly sur Loire have
asserted themselves as a major reference in Pouilly Fumé
and in Coteaux du Giennois. Our wines are elaborated in the
pure tradition of our vineyard and present remarkable
typicity. Not surprisingly, our great white wines assert
themselves by their freshness, their minerality and their
undisputed uprightness.
It is by a policy of innovation and regular investments that our Cellar has always put recent
techniques and skills in the service of tradition. This role of forerunner in our vineyard
stimulates the quality of our wines and guarantees the preservation of our style year after year.
OUR PRODUCTS
Our crops are vinified with the greatest respect of the soils and wine growers’
work. Each of our wine (la Tuilerie, les Moulins à Vent, les Vieillottes, Tonelum…) is
worked while taking into account the potential of the soils of origin as well as the
winemaker’s work. They reflect a different facet of the Pouilly
vineyard, but are always elaborated in a style specific
to our cellar. More than 50 years of observation,
selection and collaboration with our wine
growers have been required to achieve this
result.

Albert Bichot, the epic story of a great Burgundy House founded
in 1831 : Since 1350, the Bichot family has made Burgundy its
home. Their emblem is a deer and the family only became
attached to vines and wines during the 19th century. In 1831,
Bernard Bichot founded a merchant house bearing his name. The
family heritage has been perpetuated from father to son since
then.
Since 1996, AlbéricBichot (aged 44) represents the 6th generation managing the company. Under his
momentum, an upstream quality control strategy was developed at the beginning of the 1980s. In the
logic of getting the best fruit to create the best wine and best express terroir,, Albert Bichot has
acquired vineyards in the most reputed growing areas. In addition to this expertise as a wine-grower,
Albert Bichot carefully sources grapes in order to vinify and age its “négoce” wines and therefore
control quality as far as possible.
To each “sub-region” corresponds a Domaine, which refers to not only owned vineyards but also to a
standalone structure dedicated to wines of the area including viticulture and vinification teams and
facilities (equipment, cellars). Today, the House owns a little more than 100 hectares of vineyards in
Chablis, Côte de Nuits, Côte de Beaune and Côte Chalonnaise thanks
to four exceptional estates:
- Domaine Long-Depaquit in Chablis (65ha)
-Domaine du Clos Frantin and Château Gris in
Nuits-Saint-Georges
- Domaine du Pavillon in Pommard (17 ha)
- DomaineAdélie in Mercurey (4.2 ha)
Iconic names along with some monopoles have
contributed to the family recognition. As one of
the benchmarks in Burgundy, Albert Bichot’s
wines are served at the best restaurants in
France and in over one hundred countries
throughout the world..

Ever since I was born on May 21st 1965 at Chateau de Lardiley in Cadillac,
Bordeaux’s earth has adhered to my feet. Forty eight years hence, this passion,
this virus for vineyards and wines is still with me. Son of a vine grower, I
continued to remain so as I took over our family estate Chateau de Lardiley in
Cadillac appellation and Chateau Mamin in Graves appellation. I also took my
passion further when, about 20 years ago, I began business activities as a
Bordeaux wine merchant out of love for travel and selling and out of a desire to
promote and share our wines.
Making a good wine, as any good cook will know, requires good ingredients. The ingredients in our
profession are the “terroirs”. They are the decisive factor in achieving proper and complete ripening of
the grapes. Luckily, Nature has bestowed Bordeaux. Our region boasts of having one of the largest
shares of the top “terroirs” in the world. The recent occurrence of global warming, the advancement in
techniques of vine growing and wine making, and the emergence of technically sound and motivated
young managers has brought to light some new “terroirs” which were dormant until now. These are the
wines that I wish to share with you-authentic and generous wines of “terroirs” made by vine growers.
These are the men who make the wine and it is for their pleasure that
we constantly improve our production techniques. Bordeaux
winemakers since 1890, the vineyards Lataste have
developed a real expertise and have remained true
to the values that made their history rich and
original; a reference to “terroir”, a constant
search for quality and a spirit of innovation.
Passionate for vineyards, each of our properties
is managed with enthusiasm, dynamism and
discipline to highlight the different Bordeaux
soils and we produce unique, authentic and
generous wines.

Where creativity
Meets diversity.
Sud de France is a genuine umbrella brand. It unites Languedoc-Roussillon’s wine offer :
highlighting its provenance, the know-how of its winegrowers, the specificity of their outstanding
Mediterranean terroir.
The region of Languedoc-Roussillon is the world’s largest vineyard; thanks to its clement climate
and diverse landscape, it is currently one of the most creative winemaking areas. The traditional
know-how of the region’s producers combined with cutting-edge production techniques helps put
Languedoc-Roussillon wines center-stage.
Sud de France is the way we communicate this, in straightforward, consumer-friendly language. A
genuine umbrella brand, it unites Languedoc-Roussillon’s wine offer, highlighting its provenance,
the know-how of its winegrowers, and the specificity of their

Domaine de la Provenquière is located in the heart of the
family estate, in Capestang, near Béziers. It overlooks the
region from is tower covered in green roof tiles. Dating back
to the 15th century, some information has been find during
the past time…. This ancient summer house has been
transformed in a significant way during the 19th century by
Napoléon III’s councellor, Paul Tessonière. In 1954, Achille
ROBERT bought the estate. Since then, the Domaine de la Provenquière belongs to the same
family ; Achille passed it on to his son Max and his wife Anny. In 1994, their 2 children, Brigitte and
Claude took over the business.
A fully skilled and dedicated team thrives with Brigitte and Claude ROBERT. A considerable
implementation is brought forward in order to satisfy the market’s demand
and expectation. At the leading edge of progress this modern enterprise is
permanently committed into future schemes. The vineyards are spread over
the 155 hectares of the estate. The high technology, the quality of the
procedure and the constant care brought to the vineyard enables the
production of healthy grapes of superior gustatory quality. Each
grape variety is implanted on plots, best adapted to its
foremost expression. A well-proportioned and
modern cellar, allows all vinification, from the
most traditional one to the most technological.
The large range of grapes is a fantastic base
for our products, whites, rosés, reds, sweet
and sparkling wines. Regarding the location of
the different vineyards, we are able to
propose our wines under the denomination
of “Vin de Pays d’Oc” or “Vin de Pays des
Coteaux d’Ensérune”.

At the border of the côtes du Rhône and the Languedoc on the soil of the
Duché d'Uzès, the new French AOC, the vines of LES LYS are growing on
clay and limestone, a combination perfectly adapted to producing fine
lively wines with delicate aromas.
In late 2008, Eileen, Ray Monahan and Olivier Privat began the selection
of land plots and the redevelopment of the cellar where they have a
modern philosophy toward making wine naturally and bringing together
the traditions of the South of France and the appellation of the Duché d'Uzès.
Grenache, Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat Petit Grain and
Pinot Gris are grown as naturally as possible. Conversion to totally organic farming began at the
beginning of 2010.
The wine is stored in barrels, demi-muids and tapered wooden Burgundy vats in an underground
cellar.
LES LYS benefits from the advice of two oenologists Katrina
Muller and Emmanuel Gagnepain who bring their experience
from vineyards in Chateauneuf Du Pape and Corsica.
This is their first venture in Pays d’Oc.
LES LYS is also the embodiment of friendship,
wine, gastronomy and art...

In 1988, Michel COULLOMB set up the family estate
located at the very south of Côtes du Rhône
appellation, a few kilometers from the Pont du
Gard.
His Domain is located between Nîmes and Avignon, and
between Arles and Remoulins. It will be organic in 2013.
The vines are located on a pebbles soil; the climat is very
winty (the Mistral wind), sunny and dry. The mix of soil and
climate (the "terroir") gives fruity, mellow and well-rounded
wines.

Jonathan and Rachel Treloar own and run this small, highlyregarded vineyard and winery in the Roussillon, France's most
exciting wine region.
Their path was rather unusual. They lived and worked within 500m
of the Twin Towers on September 11 2001 and witnessing that
event made them rethink their life and provided the catalyst to
make a dream a reality. On the 10 hectare estate, they do all the
work in the vineyards and winery themselves. It is a labour of
love to make the best wine possible at an accessible price, even if the quantities are very limited.
Domaine Treolar wines have received starred entries in France's Guide Hachette and have been
highly praised by international wine critics such Robert Parker and Jancis Robinson, who lists them
among her favourite 35 producers in the whole of the Languedoc-Roussillon.
In 2013, the Domaine was chosen as the Coup de Coeur (Favourite) Roussillon producer by La Revue
du Vin de France, the country's most influential wine magazine.

After 12 years working for a wine negociant, Gérard BEZES
decided in 1972 to create his own wine merchant company called
LA CAVE. From 1987, he decided to sell only wines bottled at the
estate. A risky strategy at the time since he had to create the
need for these kin of wines. This transition was possible thanks
to the buying of a first bottling-line truck, and the creation of the
SIMEB (Industrial Bottling Company).
This asset allowed Gérard BEZES to develop a partnership with several owners of LanguedocRoussillon estate and also to develop his range of wines bottled at the Domaine or Château.
Today Gérard BEZES manages these two companies with his son Nicolas. These two activities of trade
and wine bottling being very complementary.
LA CAVE ensures a full production from the vat to the bottle. It manages supplies, bottling, stocking and
logistics.
Besides, Gérard BEZES and all his staff got involved from
2001 towards quality and professionalism and in 2003,
SIMEB acquired the ISO 9001 version 2000
certification.

New concept of negociant-eleveur based on a
winegrower-winemaker approach, we have 3 business
areas:
• As Producer of Corbières and organic wines, we have
our own estates as well as rent vineyards.
• As a wine merchant, we can offer a complete and wide
range of South of France appellations, from the Spanish
border to Rhône Valley wines.
• As a winemaker of blends and varietals, we make sure vintners follow our protocol for the
winemaking process to get a specific style
Les Domaines Auriol is a family-owned company specialized in wines from the south of France. It
was created by Claude Vialade 15 years ago, it’s her father Jean Vialade, winemaker at Ribaute in the
Corbieres, who passed on his love for the land and the wine. We work in the vineyard with 74 partner
cellars. Our experience of the vines and working the wine, of commerce and the relations with the men
of wine has allowed us to put in place a new form of trading based more on “interactive flexibility”, and
a “rigorous qualitative” approach.
