NOTE: You can access your Xerox/4Colorlaser Service/Supply Applet by Clicking on the 4Colorlaser
icon on the desktop or Clicking Start; Search Files or Programs and Click 4Colorlaser
The app when open is shown below. We will look at How to Order Supplies and How to find an error
code before calling 678-578-2359 to place a service call on your machine.
To Find an Error Code:
1. Double-click the Printer icon you wish to place a service call for. It will take a minute for the software to sync
with the copier. Once the results are listed you want to reference the Alert Details as shown below. Untrained
issues can be done by an operator. If the skill level is “Trained” write down the error code (ex. 07-500) and give
that error code to the 4Colorlaser Service Dispatcher. This error code will let the engineer know if they need a
part or if the issue can be resolve via remote computer session.

2. To Order Supplies Click the Order Supplies link found under Actions on the 4Colorlaser app.
3. Type in the User Name from the XSM email you received from Xerox Service Manager (XSM). The XSM email
will also have your temporary password which you will need to type into Password.
4. Click Login Button.
5. The first action will be to set-up your permanent password.
6. Once you login click the Radio button to the left of your machine serial number. Your machine serial number
may be found by clicking the Machine Status button found to the left of the Operator Screen on your Copier.
