NEW! Bringing the Ancestors Home: Native
American Repatriation
After centuries of grave digging, looting and
sanctioned archaeological digs, hundreds
of thousands of individuals and millions of
grave goods were housed in museums and
institutions across the United States. In 1991, a
Federal law required they be returned to Native
American tribes. Explore this unique law and

National Park Service. She has been researching

impaired people.

historical perspective to the classroom.
Cooking
Demonstration courses: Students observe
instructor prepare recipes and demonstrate
technique. Class culminates with tasting and
students take home recipes.
Hands-on courses: Students actively participate
in practicing technique, preparing recipes and
tasting the prepared food. Recipes provided for
all dishes.
