We have a gym membership. Yes. Our program is designed to develop athletic attributes: speed, strength, and agility. Even more important is the team camaraderie and competitive spirit developed during these intense sessions. What about summer vacations? Take them! When you are in town be here; when you are on vacation, be on vacation!
