Typical Calls should be escalated to Desktop L2 /L3Team. Install authorized software as per Desktop Installation Checklist. All Software / Applications other than standard OS and IMG software’s are to be installed only after receipt of Approval. USB drive all desktops should be disabled by default. Ensure Minimum 90% SLA achievement on response and resolution to Desktop calls. Ensure repeat and re-opened calls are less than 4.5% Ensure all the IP addresses for the location are mapped with the physical location and the asset. Share best practices at site with the team. Anti Virus Management: Ensure all Desktops/Laptops are installed with AV clients with latest signature file. Notify immediately on any New Virus detection / attack to Central team Ensure that security patch are updated through SCCM service. Isolate the root cause and drive corrective action for all Virus incidents and broadcast identified by the central team. Ensure all AV servers are hardened as per hardening policy Asset Management and Software License Tracking Services Assist Asset team to track all IT Assets (Desktop, laptop, Server, network devices) (100%) and ensure it is uploaded in Asset database. New laptop/Desktop allocation to employees Drive quarterly physical audit and achieve NIL variance for the location. As per the audit findings from the central team drive the team to uninstall all the unauthorized software’s at the location. Ensure 100% mapping between local physical verification data with Asset database. Ensure asset allocation is completed within 2 days of request approval & on the basis of asset type Ensure machine movements are done as per the defined process. Server Management: Provide hands on feet support for all servers hosted in location for IMG server owners. Network Management: Provide L1 support for all Network devices for the location and coordinate with respective teams for closure. Coordination with the central team for all link related issues and customer escalations with respect to Links. Page 3 of 5 Management of all layer 3 switches at the location. Ensure 99% of location network calls are closed within SLA. Operations Support: Manage VCONs for the location without any escalations. Allocation on VOIP phones to the users and maintain the agreed user / VOIP ratio. Responsible for Basic LAN activities like VLAN port changing, hands-on-support for device installation/removal. Handle mail ID request for all team members. Vender support & coordination for Vendor related issues IT support for conf/Vcon rooms Provide asset management service for location IT equipment. Quality , Process adherence and Audits: Compliance to ISO27001:2005 / ISO20000 policies, procedure & Practices. NIL NCR and observation raised in Internal/External/Client audit on compliance to be documented. Actively participate in MQ projects driven by IMG. Ensure training and induction on quality processes to be given to all new joinees within 1 week of joining at site. Work with verticals for facing client security / DRP audits. Adherence of ISMS policies and client specific Security policies for the respective Secured Networks and ODCs. Vendor Management: Relationship with all vendors for Links, AMC. Renewal of contract for existing services Negotiation for new services and renewal Procurement of new equipment and laptop/desktops Telecom Management: Page 4 of 5 Procurement and renewal of contract for mobile devices Handling new request for mobile router and mobile phone. Provide basic support for location IP-PBX system and deskphones. Monthly billing tracking Monthly Invoice and payment New Office or Infrastructure Set up: Provide remote hands to central team for setting up new infrastructure. Procurement and vender coordination for the set up. Handle Invoice and Payment for new infra set up.
