Job Description
An international IT organization is searching for an experienced troubleshooting professional. As the Resident Engineer,
you will work as a bridge between customers and internal development and support teams.
Responsibilities:
Work on-site as an operational resource, typically part of a team, to provide product specific expertise supporting
the customer's operational or engineering requirements
Work closely with customers and the company's internal technical assistance team to resolve issues
Act as a customer technical liaison for the company's support and development teams
Identify, research and resolve technical problems of a diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of
identifiable factors
Assist in the development and testing of new features and services

Requirements:
5-10 years' related experience
Strong influencing skills, design, consultation and presentation experience directly related to operations
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Native level Japanese and business English
