Job summary:
Based in the NVC (Nippon High Voltage Cable Corp.) manufacturing facility, the Coordination Engineer is the interface
between the shareholder teams (design, project, installation, …) located mainly in Norway, and NVC, for all aspects of the
production: specifications, manufacturing process, quality, logistic, testing,...
Key responsibilities:
Before production, give accurate input for the tendering phases (manufacturability, planning), follow the new

investments and align the requirements.
During production, control the manufacturing and testing, coordinate on QA/QC issues, and confirm that activities
are performed according to requirements.
After production, coordinate the shipping and organization of all production records.
Be the local Project Representative.
スキル・資格
English level: fluent / business level
Japanese level: daily conversation minimum
Education: Electrical Engineer or Mechanical engineer
Required skills:
Electrical and/or mechanical engineering education
Ability to work in a production environment
Good social and team work skills
Organizational skills
Good understanding of both Japanese and European working culture.
Good level of English (written and spoken) is mandatory in order to communicate with the shareholder teams,
sufficient knowledge of Japanese for local internal communication is expected.
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Time: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:15pm, lunch break of 1 hour. Overtime work is limited except for the busy periods
during projects. Extra allowance for overtime is paid.
Work Location: 42-1 Shintomi, Futtsu-shi, Chiba-ken 293-0011 (Full Commuting Allowance, Commuting by car,
motorbike, bicycle is possible)
Salary: Annual 6M~
