Client Overview:

products and solutions help engineers conquer design challenges in the increasingly complex worlds of board and chip
design.
Responsibilities:
Job Duties:
We require a support engineer capable of meeting demanding response and solution goals, repairing systems on-

site across Japan at short notice, with occasional support outside Japan
contacting and visiting existing customers to check and calibrate their systems and discuss their needs.
You will be working as part of an international team of support engineers, and will have access to the global
resources of the worldwide support team.
You will provide support to customers on-site, via e-mail, phone,and web.
スキル・資格
Skilled electronics Technician/Engineer, you will have experience in the calibration and maintenance of precision
electronic measurement equipment.
Experience with the measurement of voltage, or temperature would be useful.
A customer oriented attitude is essential, with a genuine desire to help people. Excellent communication skills in
writing, speaking and listening are required.
A good command of English is necessary, as you will be communicating frequently with colleagues in that
language. And Native or Business efficiency level of Japanese would be requried..
