(3) Only the Dean of Students may authorize absence from
graduation and rehearsal. Requests for missing rehearsal and
justifications should be sent directly to the Events
Coordinator, Sonya Solomon ([email protected]) and should be made
as far in advance as possible.

Graduation Day - December 19, 2014 (first session - SIGS
& GSEAS)
(1) At 0900, graduates will assemble in the basement of
Herrmann Hall. Line leaders will ensure their rows are ready to
step off on time.
(2) At 0930, all faculty and special seating party will
assemble in the foyer outside of the Public Affairs office.
(3) At 0930, a VIP brief will be held in the Elster
Conference Room on the Mezzanine of Herrmann Hall.
(4) At 0945, the platform party will assemble in
Executive Briefing Center (EBC).
(5) When directed, the procession will corrunence toward
the Barbara McNitt Ballroom in the following order: graduates,
faculty, and platform party .
(6) The uniforms will be as follows:

U.S. Marine Corps:
Dress Blue Bravo
(c)
U.S. Air Force:
Service Dress

U.S. Army:
ASU or Green Class A

(2) At 1230, all faculty and special seating party will
assemble in the basement of Herrmann Hall.
(3) At 1245, the platform party will assemble in the
EBC.
(4) When directed, the procession will commence toward
the Barbara McNitt Ballroom in the following order: graduates,
faculty, and platform party.
d. Reception following graduation. All graduates, their
families, the faculty, staff, and their spouses are invited to a
reception in honor of the graduates. The reception will be held
on the Quarterdeck of Herrmann Hall, and will immediately follow
the graduation ceremony.
e. Streaming Video of Graduation. The graduation will be
webcast for family or friends of graduates who are unable to
attend in person at:

XP366 and will only be live on the day of the event.
4. Cancellation. This notice will be cancelled upon completion
of the graduation ceremony.
