平成 28 年 6 月 20 日 The Japan News 広告欄掲載入札公告ミャンマー連邦共和国農業・畜産・灌漑省地方開発局は、日本の無償資金協力による「第二次中央乾燥地村落給水計画」の調達入札を公示します。井戸施工・建設機材の調達等を実施するもので、詳細は以下の通りです。ＴＥＮＤＥＲＮＯＴＩＣＥ The Department of Rural Development, Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation on behalf of the Government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar announces the tender for the Provision of Equipment for Rural Water Supply Project in the Central Dry Zone (Phase 2) under the Grant Aid extended by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) based on the Grant Agreement signed on the 24th day of September, 2015. The project consists of the Procurement and Installation of 1) Truck-mounted Drilling Rig and Tools (250 m depth drilling), 2) Truck-mounted Drilling Rig and Tools (200 m depth drilling), 3) Air-lift Equipment, 4) Pumping Test Equipment, 5) Sand Removing Equipment, 6) Supporting Vehicle, 7) Logging Equipment, 8) Pumping Facility Construction Equipment and Materials, 9) Borehole Construction Materials and Tools and 10) Spare Parts for the equipment. The applicants shall be required: To be a trading firm duly organized and registered under the laws of Japan, which is controlled by Japanese physical persons. Any firms, who fall under any of the items of Article 26, paragraph 1 of the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act (Gaikokukawase-oyobi-Gaikokuboeki-Ho, Law No. 228 of 1949, Japan), shall not be regarded as being controlled by Japanese physical persons. Please note that Joint Ventures are not acceptable.
