playing guitar (noun)
本を読みます。 I read a book (verb)
本を読んでいます。I’m reading a book (also verb)
本を読むことが好きです。I like reading books.(nounbecause “reading” is now a “thing” that you like)
In order to be a nominalizer…you need to know
