2014年8月に開催されたChapter Leaders Meeting(CLM）では、
様々なアジェンダについて、Chapter Leaders(CL)と意見交換をすることができました。
CLMを受け、ボードチームでは新たな取り組みを実施していきます。
本資料では、
今後の新たな取り組みをご説明します。

At the Chapter Leaders Meeting (CLM) held in August 2014, we were able to discuss
and exchange opinions with Chapter Leaders (CL) regarding various agenda.
Following CLM, Board Team will start to implement new plans.
We would like to explain more about our approaches from now on in this material.

ビジョンを明確に定めた。
1.APU校友会のビジョン
より効率的な会議を実施するため、CLMよりも小さい単位
のミーティングの場（RLM）を設けた。
2.RLMの開催について
・代表がCと直接コミュニケーションを取り対話する。
・ミーティング形式を変更し、意見交換をし易くした。

・Skypeによるガイダンスを複数回実施する。
・マニュアルを改訂中（2015年に発行）
