Il piacevole ambiente della zona di produzione del “Bardolino Chiaretto Doc” è quella del territorio Gardesano veronese ricoperto da vigneti ed olivi che si ergono sulle verdi
colline. I vitigni che concorrono a produrre il Bardolino Chiaretto DOC sono: Corvina veronese (cruina o corvina) 35-65%; Rondinella 10-40%; Molinara, Rossignola, Barbera,
Sangiovese, Marzemino, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon da soli o congiuntamente per un massimo del 20% con limite massimo del 10% per singolo vitigno.
COME SI PRODUCE
P
La tradizione ci fa da maestra nella produzione del Bardolino Chiaretto Doc. Le nostre uve sono sempre state ritenute ideali per questa qualità di vino che ha vivacità di tonalità
ed un colore rosa. E' necessario vegliare il mosto per separarlo dalla buccia al momento ideale di assorbimento dei profumi e del colore. La vinificazione in rosa delle uve rosse
da noi è figlia della tradizione locale e della profonda conoscenza delle caratteristiche delle nostre uve. Segue una fermentazione accurata a temperatura controllata per
mantenere i profumi caratteristici delle uve. Il “Bardolino Chiaretto Doc” spumantizzato con i metodi a fermentazione naturale può essere designato “Spumante Brut”, il primo
del genere in Italia. Il suo colore brillante delicato, seducente con sfumature di rose che vanno dal petalo di rosa, al rosa corallo, rosa salmone per sfumare dopo un anno di
conservazione in una tonalità di rosa antico. Il profumo è spiccatamente floreale, di rosa, di glicine ed altri fiori primaverili. Il sapore è piacevolissimo, fresco e sapido e
dissetante. Per la sua spiccata fragranza e profumo il Bardolino Chiaretto Doc è ottimo per accompagnare pesce, salumi, risotti e carni bianche. Si serve fresco alla temperatura di
10/12°.

Die angenehme Umgebung des Anbaugebietes des “Bardolino Chiaretto DOC” ist die des Territoriums Gardasee / Verona. Sie ist von Weinstöcken und Olivenbäumen, die sich
über die grünen Hügel erstrecken, bedeckt. Die Weinreben, di zur Produktion des Bardolino Chiaretto DOC beitragen sind: Corvina Veronese, 36-65%; Rondinella 10-40%;
Molinara, Rossignola, Babera, Sangiovese, Marzermino, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon selber oder zusammen höchstens 20% und 10% von jeder einzelner Weinrebe.
ERZEUGUNG
Die Erzeugung des Bardolino Chiaretto DOC ist eine Tradition. Es ist wichtig den Traubenmost zu beobachten um ihn im richtigen Moment von der haut zu trennen, in dem er
den Duft und die Farbe aufnimmt. Die Erzeugung des rosa Weines ans der roten Traube bei uns wurde aus der Tradition und Erfahrung der Merkmale unserer Trauben geboren.
Es folgt eine sortfältige Fermentierung bei kontrollierte Temperatur um die typischen Düfte der Trauben zu erhalten. Der Bardolino Chiaretto DOC wird durch die natürliche
fermentiert Art mineralisiert kann „Spumante Brut“ genannt werden, der Erste in Italien. Seine besondere klare Farbe, wechselt von Rosa eines blüten Blattes, zur Korallenfarbe
und Lachsrosa und wird nach einem Jahr lagerung Altrosa. Er duftet nach Rosen, Glyzinen und anderen Frühlingsblumen. Der Geschmack ist angenehm, frisch und
durstlöschert. Wegen seinem besonderem Duft ist der Bardolino Chiaretto DOC optimal für Fische, Aufschnitt, Risotti und weissem Fleisch. Er wird bei einer Temperatur von
10/12° serviert.ching.

The pleasant environment of the zone of production of the “Bardolino Chia-retto Doc” is the territory on the Veronese part of Lake Garda covered by vineyards and olive groves
that grow on the green hills. The species of vines that are used to produce the Bardolino Chiaretto DOC are: Corvi-na veronese (cruina or corvina) 35-65%; Rondinella 10-40%,

HOW IT'S PRODUCED
Tradition is the key to the production of the Bardolino Chiaretto Doc. Our grapes have always been considered ideal for this quality of wine which is vivacious in tonality and pink
in colour. It is necessary to watch over the must to separate it from the skins at the ideal moment of absorption of the perfumes and colour. The pink vinification of the red
grapes here is a local tradition and of the deep knowledge of our grapes. An accurate fermentation follows at a controlled temperature to maintain the characteristic perfumes
of the grapes. The sparkling “Bardolino Chiaretto Doc” is made with natural fermentation and called “Spumante Brut”, the first of its kind in Italy. Its, delicate, brilliant, inviting
