In the name of the whole team organizing the
seventh edition of „Gro’s Supercup“, we would like
to welcome you in Hohenroda! In 2013, this bridge
event was moved to the “HESSEN HOTELPARK” just in
the middle of Germany and all players were more
than happy with the new location.
We hope that you had a nice drive to Hohenroda
and we are looking forward to a very enjoyable and
exciting bridge weekend with a lot of thrilling
hands! Many guests came here already last night
and on page 4 of this bulletin you will find the
results of last night’s „Warm-up-Pairs“. We hope
that you are fine with the general conditions of this
weekend – together with the management of the
hotel we are doing our best to let you feel
comfortable and relaxed. In case of any open
questions or special wishes, please feel free to turn
to a member of our team (see page 3) or to the
kind hotel team at the reception.
The concept of “Gro’s Supercup” adopted the
auction of players as a key element of the structure
of the original “Las Vegas Cavendish”. And the very
friendly and impressive atmosphere of the last
year’s players’ auction is still in the memory. We
hope that we will spend a very enjoyable and
exciting weekend with a lot of thrilling hands!
