It provides an insight into more advanced principles and processes of Business and Administration and will aid career development. This QCF competence-based qualification is designed for those people who:  are involved in Business and Administration as their primary work activity  wish to gain recognition of their skills and experience in Business and Administration Learners who complete the Level 4 NVQ qualification could progress to an EDI Level 5 NVQ in Management or a foundation degree.
