gelegentlich auch eigenständige Durchführung von Montagen
Was Sie mitbringen
•

abgeschlossenes Bachelor-Studium oder eine Technikerausbildung mit
mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
gute Kenntnisse aus der Spültechnik- oder vergleichbaren Branchen
Führungserfahrung ist wünschenswert
sehr gutes logistisches und kaufmännisches Verständnis
sehr gute Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse
gute Russischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

is headquartered in the Poznań metropolitan area, we are currently seeking a
Service Manager Poland (m/f)
What the job involves
• Building up an after-sales service structure for Poland with the potential of leading a team
of service technicians
• Handling customer complaints
• Clarifying technical issues
• Developing and implementing local service strategies
• Training and supporting our service partners
• Occasionally carrying out installation and assembly of machines yourself
What we’re looking for
• A completed Bachelor’s degree or vocational training as a technician with several years
of professional experience
• Good working knowledge of dishwashing technology/systems or similar industries
• Management experience would be an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of logistical and commercial practices
• Very good level of German or English
• A good level of Russian would be an advantage
