We offer a PhD student position for a researcher interested in computational linguistics and machine learning. The
goal of the Project is to advance the capabilities of machine learning systems as models of scientific relational
networks. The student will be expected to work on deep recurrent neural networks for text analysis and text
synthesis and develop his/her own approaches to the problem. We offer a stimulating work environment
comprising many experts in neural computation and statistical learning.
Successful candidates for this position have a MSc degree in computer science, physics,
mathematics, or engineering. Ideally, applicants are knowledgeable in computational linguistics
tools (e.g. word2vec, bag of words, etc),machine learning (deep and recurrent neural networks),basics of
computer science (databases, indexing, kd-trees, etc), and programming languages (e.g Matlab, Python, SQL).
