・学内選考に合格した上は、辞退せずに、決定した大学へ交換留学生として留学すること
・留学に係る諸手続きは自身で責任を持って行うこと
If I am selected as an Exchange Student for the Sophia Exchange Program, I pledge to abide by the following
articles.
・I will follow instructions and requirements listed on the recruitment guidelines of internal selection
・I will not withdraw from the exchange program
・I will take personal responsibilities for all procedures for the exchange program

途中辞退させることなく､これにかかる費用及び本人の一身上に関する一切の責任を私が引き受けますことを誓
約いたします。また、交換留学学内選考結果等についての問い合わせはいたしません。
I, as Guarantor of the above student, approve his/her application for the Sophia Exchange Program. If the student
is selected for the program, I will not allow him/her to withdraw from Sophia Exchange Program and will take all
responsibilities for him/her including any costs incurred during his/her stay at the host university. In addition, I
understand that any inquiry about process and results of internal selection for the Sophia Exchange Program will
not be accepted.
