Description of a cleaning process:
1. Loading work pieces:
The shaft is being inserted and being set on the lower centering pin. The shaft is fixed and clamped by a second
upper centering pin.
Door is closed
2. Automatic mode:
Press the start button.
Work piece is now lowered by a servodrive into the ultrasonic basin.
Ultrasonic cleaning process is running. Depending on the part this will take a few minutes. During this process
the shaft is slowly rotated 90° in 3 stages.
During the cleaning process we have a constant skimming of the basin´s surface and an oil separation process.
Part is being lifted out of the basin and put into a fast rotation.
The drying process is started. Through a ring with 8 nozzles air is blown over to rotating part.
Nozzle ring starts its run over the shaft. According the program the ring moves fast where the geometry of the
shaft is easy and slow where we have a difficult geometry on the shaft (radial bores, gears etc.)
During the drying process also the centering pins will blow short impulses of air to dry the counter-bores or possible axial bores of the shaft.
End of the cleaning and drying process
3. Take out the part
Open the door / take out the shaft
Components of the machine
 Solid frame made of steel profiles
 Protection trough (german regulations)
 Aufnahmemöglichkeiten für den Transport per Kran
