dedicated mission to increase bearing life.
Wear life is maximized using reduced heat
generation combined with our close clearance
internal labyrinth for the first time.
This technological breakthrough makes the
MP V-7XL the most versatile MAGNETIC bearing
isolator available. It can be used in thousands of
applications from 3/4" to 13" shaft sizes.
All ISOMAG cartridge bearing isolators feature our patented controlled range magnetic
sealing faces that apply constant bearing protection in static as well as dynamic conditions.
Our compact designs interchange dimensionally with common labyrinth isolators; fitting
thousands of existing ANSI and API housings.
ISOMAG bearing protectors are designed to increase
your MTBF and they are guaranteed not to damage
your shaft. Significant savings can be realized with
longer run times; eliminating repairing or replacing
shafts damaged by lip seals.
The MAG-P V-7XL creates a positive, bi-directional
seal with or without shaft rotation.
MAG-P V-7XL isolator seals use neo nickel magnets
that are rated to 400 degrees F and isolated away
from the lubricant.
All ISOMAG cartridge bearing protection seals have
EASY FLEX magnetic self aligning faces. The
increased flexibility handles more misalignment in
more applications.
