Nachweis von High Risk / onkogene Viren
Beim primären Screening auf Krebsvorstufen
Bei Frauen > 30 Jahren zusammen mit dem zytologischen Abstrich

•ASCUS, Atypical Squamous Cells of Undetermined Significance (PAP IIw)
•ASC-H, Atypical Squamous Cells of Undetermined Significance, cannot exclude HSIL (PAP III)
•AGC, Atypical glandular cells (PAP IIw oder III)
•LSIL, low grade intraepithelial lesion, bei postmenopausalen Frauen
•Follow-up nach Konisation, Kauterisation

•Erfassung von Mischinfektionen
•Bestimmung auch anderer / seltener Virustypen (bis zu 20 %)
•Erkennung von Low Risk Infektionen (z. B bei Condylomata acuminata, persistierende low
