Dear friends of handbiking,
Now for the seventh time we are organizing the Vuelta Playa Blanca.
We are very pleased with the popularity the Vuelta has gained in the past years!
By organizing the Vuelta we want to offer the participants a memorable ending or
beginning of their training stay on the island and also give the residents of Playa Blanca
an impression of the fascination for handbiking.
We consider playa Blanca the ‘Paradise of Handcycling’. Playa Blanca is a wonderful
place for relaxing and training during winter.
The fact that many experienced handbikers have the time and are happy to share their
tips and tricks with newcomers is especially important to us.
Being able to cycle for miles without the preassure of performance and competition
AND being able to exchange experiences is a unique opportunity which we want to
continue
We also consider the Vuelta a Fun Event which all participants shall keep in best
memory.
We want to stick with our philosophy once again enabling many teams to participate in
2016.
Time trial will again be part of 2016’s program.
Also, we want to ensure Adviva, Sopur/Quickie or other team cyclists, that could easily
from a team of their own, to be part of ‘mixed teams’.
This year’s event has proved that we are on the right track, which we want to keep
improving:
Camaraderie/team spirit among the participants will be intensified, to create a
common understanding. There will be a common goal. In order to reach this goal tasks
will distributed among the team members and all team members shall pull together.
Overall, everyone will be able to get to know each other better and set aside possible
predjudice.
Language skills can be improved.
The spectators will have a better overview on which team is holding which position
(teams will be distinguishable very clearly)
By cycling in a team every cyclist must reconsider his or her riding technique, adjust it
to that of the team members and will therefore be able to learn from others. The level
of security will increase.
The ‘Vuelta Playa Blanca’ is the only event in the world that offers all these
opportunities in such an international environment.
to 10… we will all have lots of fun! We are looking forward to hearing numerous
commands during the race in all kinds of different languages!

Nun mehr zum 7. Mal veranstalten wir die Vuelta Playa Blanca.
Wir freuen uns sehr über den Zuspruch den die Vuelta in den vergangenen Jahren
bekommen hat!
Mit der Durchführung der Vuelta wollen wir den Teilnehmern einen würdigen
Abschluss oder beginn ihres Trainingsaufenthalts auf der Insel und den Bürgern Playa
Blanca`s eine Demonstration der Faszination Handbiken geben.
Wir verstehen Playa Blanca als das „Paradise of Handcycling“ . In Playa Blanca lässt es
sich in den Wintermonaten herrlich ausspannen und trainieren.
Gerade die Tatsache dass hier viele erfahrene Handbiker Zeit haben und gewillt sind
den Neueinsteiger Tipps und Tricks weiterzugeben ist uns sehr, sehr wichtig.
Ohne den Stress von Leistung und Wettkampf in Ruhe Kilometer abzuspulen UND
dabei sich auszutauschen ist einzigartig und sollen weiter gefördert werden.
Wir sehen auch die Vuelta als Fun Event der für alle positiv in Erinnerung bleiben soll.
Wir wollen unserer Philosophie treu bleiben, und auch im kommenden Jahr 2016
wieder viele Teams an den Start bringen.
Wir haben in 2016 wieder das Zeitfahren mit in das Program aufgenommen
Und es wird sichergestellt dass die z.b. Adviva oder Sopur/Quickie Fahrer die für sich
allein eigene Teams bilden könnten auch in „bunte Teams“ verteilt werden.
Die Veranstaltung in diesem Jahr hat uns gezeigt das wir auf dem richtigen Weg sind.
Und daran wollen wir weiterarbeiten:
Die Kameradschaft unter den Teilnehmers wird noch intensiver da man einander wird
verstehen müssen. Man hat ein gemeinsames Ziel. Man muss für dieses Ziel die
Aufgaben im Team verteilen und an einem Strang ziehen.
Insgesamt lernt man sich viel besser kennen und kann das ein oder andere Vorurteil
das man hatte ,ausräumen
Man kann seine Sprachkenntnisse verbessern
Die Zuschauer haben einen viel besseren Überblick welches der Teams an welcher
Position liegt
Wir werden die Teams deutlich kenntlich machen
Durch das Fahren im Team muss jeder seine eigene Fahrtechnik überdenken den
anderen anpassen, kann fahrerisch dazu lernen. Die Sicherheit steigt.
Und wir sind mit der“ Vuelta Playa Blanca“ die einzige Veranstaltung weltweit in der
mit dieser Internationalen Besetzung so etwas möglich gemacht wird. (Auf gar keinen
Fall verpassen)
bis 10.... Wir alle werden jede Menge Spaß haben. Wir freuen uns schon auf die vielen
Kommandos in den verschiedenen Sprachen während des Rennens.

Ya vamos a por la 7ª edición dela Vuelta PlayaBlanca, a celebrarse el 06 de febrero de
2016
Estamos muy contentos con enorme difusión que este deporte está teniendo en
España, hace años desconocido y poco a poco integrado en las vueltas ciclistas y los
triatlones.
El objetivo esencial de la VueltaPlayaBlanca es crear un campus de entrenamiento y
una reunión de amigos handbikers, así como el mayor punto de difusión mediática de
Europa de nuestro deporte.
La VueltaPlayaBlanca no es ni será un evento competitivo puntuable, sino una
fraternización de camaradas que podamos intercambiar experiencias y motivación.
Queremos mantenernos fieles a nuestra filosofía y por ello, como en el 2013, 2014,
2015. La VueltaPlayaBlanca será realiza en equipos que configuraremos desde la
organización.
Adicionalmente el sábado 06 de febrero de 2016 sí realizaremos una carrera prólogo
individual contra-reloj.
El resumen de nuestros valores los anotamos en los siguientes puntos:
Queremos crear camaradería entre los participantes, por ellos organizaremos los
equipos compensados con diferentes niveles desde H1.1 hasta H4, donde la
colaboración y trabajo en equipo sea esencial para conseguir el objetivo: llegar los
primeros a la meta.
La colaboración y la empatía en el equipo crean lazos de unión y amistad.
Puedes practicar idiomas.
El público se vuelca en animar a su equipo preferido
Aprenderás nuevas técnicas que te ayudarán a manejar mejor la handbike, así como
aumentar la seguridad propia y del resto de participante.
La Vuelta PlayaBlanca es el único evento internacional de estas características,
solamente con nosotros podrás disfrutarlo.
al 10 ... El objetivo final y máximo es divertirse!!!. y esperamos que te entiendas con
tus amigos en los diferentes idiomas… ; )
